The role
Lead and inspire a local team of clinical professionals across feasibility, strategy, operations, and clinical delivery.
Align operational goals with strategic priorities and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and quality in early-phase programs.
Provide scientific leadership in pharmacology, guide protocol design, and advise on compound behavior to support sponsor objectives.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development to build a high-performing, compliant team.
Monitor workload, quality, timelines, and budgets; implement process improvements to optimize outcomes.
Represent the unit in conferences and client meetings to support early business development while upholding rigorous scientific standards.
