The role
The Promotions/Event Coordinator Intern drives guest engagement through in-park promotions, contests, and special events.
Responsibilities include coordinating on-site giveaways, activities, and supporting media and influencer visits.
Assist with event logistics, host in-park promotions, and help ensure a smooth execution of promotional activities.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and implement events, respond to guest and media inquiries, and escort reporters on site.
Support radio and TV promotions, guest relations, and general office tasks, including answering marketing calls.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and available for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop and Canva preferred; ability to lift 25-30 pounds.
