The role
Lead US legal operations by providing strategic guidance on regulatory issues from planning through execution.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, partnerships, and leases where applicable.
Advise on U.S. regulatory compliance across advertising, data protection, employment law, and related regimes.
Conduct legal research, assess risks, and monitor evolving laws to keep the business compliant and forward-thinking.
Coordinate with external counsel and collaborate cross-functionally to align legal strategies with business objectives.
Support group HQ initiatives, lead internal trainings, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
