The role
You will work in lock step with cross-functional teams to build product features that boost creator monetization.
You will conduct quantitative research to inform strategy, design metrics to track goals, and run experiments to test hypotheses.
Collaborate with machine learning and data engineering to deliver MVP data products and data-driven features.
Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and communicate findings to data teams, partners, and leadership.
Serve as a cultural and technical leader on the data science team, balancing speed and accuracy.
Based in New York or San Francisco with a hybrid model (in-office two days per week), working with product, engineering, research, and design teams.
