The role
Lead and drive catering event sales by developing proposals, responding to inquiries, and nurturing client relationships from first contact to post-event follow-up.
Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to design tailored menus, timelines, and budgets that meet client goals.
Present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and secure bookings for weddings, banquets, trade shows, seminars, and business meetings.
Utilize CRM and sales programs to manage pipelines, track targets, and deliver accurate forecasts.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client objectives and ensuring flawless event execution.
Collaborate with teammates to optimize processes, maintain quality standards, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
