The role
As a Financial Center Relationship Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of small business clients, serving as their primary banking contact.
You will understand client objectives, conduct needs-based discussions, and tailor banking solutions to support growth (deposits, lending, cash management, and digital tools).
Drive proactive sales through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries, leveraging CRM to nurture relationships and promote a one-stop experience.
Collaborate with teammates to deepen relationships, cross-sell relevant products, and expand the small business client base through referrals and networking.
Maintain risk and regulatory compliance, applying sound judgment within policy limits, and stay current with banking regulations.
Adapt to varying center traffic and tasks, balancing client service, sales activities, and transactional support to deliver exceptional experiences.
