The role
Own the quarterly roadmap for the Attack Detection team, coordinating with Tech Leads to prioritize and adjust items.
Develop and operate an extremely high-recall detector engine, combining model-based and heuristic detectors for adversarial environments.
Own automated model retraining pipelines to continuously learn from new attack patterns at scale.
Build text-based signals to model suspicious content across multiple languages, and signals at message, sender, and recipient levels.
Own customer-impacting metrics and system metrics, driving recalls, precision, and automation, while repairing degradations.
Mentor engineers, manage roadmap delivery, and align stakeholders with platform and infrastructure initiatives.
