The role
Support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence across all restaurant functions.
Serve as Manager on Duty, open and close the restaurant, and oversee cash handling and accountability.
Enforce policies and safety standards, conduct shift management meetings, and maintain required logs.
Deploy crewmembers during shifts, deliver exemplary guest service, and recognize top performers.
Ensure cleanliness and facility readiness; maintain equipment and authorize manager-level actions as needed.
Requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, high school diploma, 18+, a valid driver's license, and strong tech and communication skills.
