The role
Human Resource Manager:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business performance and productivity.
- Partner with leaders to design organizational structures and talent management plans.
- Advise on talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Provide coaching and consultation on performance management and employee engagement.
- Manage workers' compensation and workplace safety.
- Conduct investigations and support employee events.
- Lead and develop direct reports.
- Collaborate with HR teams in other locations.
- Analyze HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and development.
- Possess strong HR competencies, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business required; 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or supply chain; bilingual; HR certifications preferred.
