The role
The Legal Counsel position involves providing strategic legal advice to senior leadership across UK and international markets, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, and supporting business initiatives, including product launches and marketing campaigns. The role requires managing legal risk, handling disputes, and guiding external legal advisers to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Candidates need a minimum of six years PQE, with experience in complex commercial contracts and FMCG or related sectors. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment are essential.
