The role
Lead structured B2B sales conversations with qualified prospects to diagnose marketing needs and position digital marketing solutions.
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including qualifying leads, handling objections, and finalizing a sale.
Operate within a high-conversion, performance-driven framework with daily activity standards and revenue targets.
Receive ongoing coaching and structured training to develop selling skills and accelerate results.
Earn uncapped weekly commissions with on-target earnings of $75,000–$100,000+, based on performance.
In-office role in Azerables with a clear career path that rewards production over tenure.
