The role
Validate and process position change requests to ensure alignment with approved headcount movements.
Reconcile headcount changes and maintain accurate documentation across position identifiers.
Create and maintain dashboards to summarize trends in position and rate changes.
Perform monthly reporting and analysis, including reviewing open rates and identifying rate variances.
Analyze structured datasets to support financial reporting and decision-making; conduct variance analysis.
Collaborate with the finance team, deliver ad hoc analyses, and employ data mining to uncover trends and improve reporting processes.
