Internal Communications & Office Administrator - Hybrid
Hybrid role focused on internal communications, creative content, and administrative operations across multiple locations. Develop, write, and edit internal messages; produce visual content and multimedia assets; and manage internal video projects. Independently manage projects, deadlines, action items, and deliverables with minimal supervision. Provide administrative support including onboarding/offboarding logistics, workspace setup, and travel coordination. Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and post-event communications while gathering feedback to address gaps. Maintain compliant records, archives, templates, and serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and external service providers.
