The role
Lead internal communications strategy and execution to enhance culture, engagement, and organizational alignment.
Develop and distribute internal messaging via SharePoint, email, and other channels, partnering with leadership to translate priorities into clear communications.
Oversee external marketing and digital presence, including website management (WordPress) and content across websites, email, and social channels.
Champion branding and creative execution using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; design templates and collateral with accessibility and inclusivity in mind.
Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, editing, ideation, and workflows while upholding accuracy and ethics.
Collaborate across functions (Business Development, Programs, HR, IT, Leadership); measure engagement and continuously refine messaging and processes.
