Evaluates and treats patients with physical disabilities or mobility issues due to injury, disease, or surgery in home care settings. Develops and administers treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment. Collaborates with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requires: PT licensure, current CPR
