The role
Perform production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating equipment and supporting assembly line tasks.
Assemble components according to specifications and maintain a smooth production flow across stages.
Move products through processes, including repeated heavy lifting, while adhering to safety and food safety protocols.
Conduct on-the-floor quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with teammates, communicate effectively, and participate in on-the-job training to grow professionally.
