The role
Lead the development of autonomous and conversational AI agents to automate real estate workflows.
Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML systems on AWS, leveraging PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
Collaborate with Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend teams for seamless AI feature integration.
Design robust data pipelines for real estate datasets to support model training and inference.
Drive innovation with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI; mentor peers and define coding standards.
Own the AI lifecycle from concept to production, including monitoring, performance optimization, and iteration.
