The role
You will conduct data analysis in LIVE-related domains, including watching experience, creator ecosystem, and algorithm improvements.
Design a metrics framework to measure product health, monitor core metrics, and diagnose root causes of metric movements.
Perform scientific evaluation with statistical methods, including A/B testing and causal inference.
Identify growth opportunities with data analytics and drive business decisions in collaboration with PMs, MLEs, and R&D.
Research data science theories and methodologies to improve analysis efficiency and data tooling.
Timeline: December 2025–February 2026, onboarding by December 15, 2025.
