The role
Represent clients in insurance defense matters including premises liability, construction defects, personal injury, and professional liability.
Manage cases from filing to trial, handling all phases of litigation.
Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and prepare for hearings, motions, and trials.
Take and defend depositions of witnesses, experts, and parties, and handle discovery.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and participate in settlement negotiations.
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth through efficient case management and excellent service.
