Principal Software Engineer

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will define and evangelise engineering standards, drive cloud-native architecture, and lead the most complex engagements. You will shape technical strategy, oversee system design, code quality, and performance optimization while mentoring senior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will engage with C-suite and executives on long-term technical roadmaps and transformation initiatives, and contribute to pre-sales with technical due diligence and scoping.
