The role
Strategic HR partner supporting resort operations and sales/marketing to drive talent acquisition, retention, and development.Provide coaching, guidance, and employee relations support to leaders to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.Lead onboarding, orientation, and leadership development programs to build organizational capability.Investigate employee concerns, document findings, and implement corrective actions or separations when appropriate.Collaborate with local leadership to align talent strategy with business goals and boost employee engagement.Onsite role in Atlanta, ensuring adherence to federal/state/local laws, policies, and emergency/communication plans.
