The role
Support fertilizer production and plant operations in a full-time role at a manufacturing facility.
Operate plant equipment, including skid steer loaders, and assist with material handling, loading, and unloading.
Blend custom fertilizer formulations and monitor inventory to ensure accurate product lots.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general plant maintenance and operations.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and thrive in a small team with strong communication.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a background check and physical examination.
