The role
Own the full AI/ML lifecycle from prototype to deployment, ensuring robust, scalable solutions aligned with AI-product needs.
Design, develop, and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and action.
Stay current with the latest AI advancements and proactively apply new technologies to improve projects and outcomes.
Promote innovation, best practices, and thought leadership; mentor teams and contribute IPs, papers, and white papers.
Lead multi-agent architectures and collaborations in cloud environments, focusing on reliability and measurable business impact.
Expect 15+ years in advanced software/science, strong Python and data engineering skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs, ML/NLP, and cloud platforms.
