The role
Lead Mechanical Engineer anchoring a regional team in Colorado Springs or Boise within a dynamic, integrated design practice.
Technical lead for MEP systems design (HVAC and plumbing), driving project delivery and technical excellence.
Oversee calculations, drawings, and construction documents while contributing to QA/QC and internal design standards.
Mentor and supervise mechanical EITs and junior engineers; coordinate closely with architects and other in-house disciplines.
Collaborate across architecture, civil, and structural teams for integrated project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requires PE license and 7+ years of MEP experience with a strong design portfolio; Proficient in Revit.
