The role
Provide on-site technical support and maintenance across regional offices, covering hardware, software, networking, AV, and systems.
Proactively identify issues and drive improvements to support operations and associate experience.
Lead hands-on projects including office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology rollouts, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning technical activities with business objectives and change management processes.
Communicate status, recurring issues, and project progress to management with clear, actionable updates.
Stay current with industry trends and pursue automation and new technologies to enhance service delivery.
