The role
Drive KPI definition, reporting, and actionable insights across post-shipment delivery operations.
Own operational analytics, build data-driven reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Program Management, and Engineering to guide data-driven decisions.
Lead project simulations for new initiatives, delivering accurate data-driven recommendations.
Validate data quality, identify data issues, and ensure high-accuracy analytics.
Leverage SQL, data visualization tools, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Airflow) to empower decisions.
