The role

The Treasury-Corporate Finance Consultant serves as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in corporate finance and treasury operations, managing liquidity positions, cash forecasting, covenant compliance, credit metrics, and leasing activities. Independently lead regulatory and accounting reporting requirements, develop solutions for complex financial analyses, and provide decision support to senior leadership on key financial strategies. Analyze financing alternatives and formulate recommendations on the most efficient means to raise capital at holding and operating companies, with a strong focus on capital markets, debt structures, credit risk, and regulatory compliance. Oversee cash positioning, liquidity management, forecasting, budgeting, and covenant compliance, aligning financing needs with cross-functional teams and regulatory requirements. Design and deliver complex financial models and reporting packages for management, the Board, and regulators, including SEC reporting and rating agency presentations; support enterprise-wide planning initiatives. Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships across Treasury, Accounting, Financial Planning, Legal, Regulatory, and other units; train staff and implement cash management tools to optimize treasury operations and cost of capital.
