Robot Operations Specialist

Lead testing, deployment, and live logging of autonomous technologies in field operations across the Phoenix area. Collaborate with hardware, software, and business teams to refine product capabilities and address issues. Execute and document field tests, assess behavior, and capture new requirements and safety considerations. Maintain rigorous processes, checklists, and safety standards to ensure reliable, safe product deployment. Work night shifts and weekends, travel to multiple Phoenix-area locations, and ride an electric bike as needed. Attend a two-week Phoenix-area training and contribute to ongoing field operations across Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale.
