The role
This is a 100% onsite role at a Mesa, AZ hub (with duties in Chandler and Tempe).
You will manage a PM shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM PT) of operators supporting autonomous testing and delivering technology from ideation to commercialization.
You will communicate status updates to key stakeholders and identify/escalate issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
You will serve as the escalation path for field incidents, with on-site presence as required by severity.
You will maintain an 'and not either/or' approach to balancing business needs, costs, and safety.
You will become the subject-matter expert on autonomous technology and track changes to inform cross-functional decisions.
