We are seeking a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying. The role focuses on delivering Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports for a network of UK lenders. This home-based position offers flexible working options, with Coventry-based coordination and regional travel as needed. You will conduct property inspections, write concise valuation reports and uphold professional standards. Reporting will leverage iPad technology for faster turnaround and remote access.
