Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction
Provide cost management and quantity surveying across the full project lifecycle from feasibility to final accounts. Prepare and present cost plans, estimates, and procurement reports to guide decision-making. Lead tendering and procurement activities, including managing pre-qualification and supplier selection. Manage post-contract cost variances, change control processes, valuations, and monthly cost reporting. Contribute to value engineering and maintain strong interface with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ensure compliance with industry standards and controls (e.g., SOX where applicable) and uphold professional ethics.
