The role
Execute month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of financial statements.
Maintain fixed asset records and support consolidated corporate accounts.
Ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
Assist with researching and implementing new accounting standards and documenting internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
Support external auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate across departments to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; CPA progression encouraged.
