The role
Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions, partnering with clients to build production-ready systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
Advance data pipelines, data quality, and MLOps practices to ensure reliable model performance and repeatable CI/CD-enabled deployments.
Manage technical teams and guide workstreams from planning through execution, owning outcomes and client value.
Collaborate with diverse, global teams and provide hands-on technical leadership in AI, ML, NLP, and analytics.
Shape architecture and best practices for AI-native engineering, model retraining, monitoring, and governance across data ecosystems.
Stay ahead of AI trends, mentor staff, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
