The role
Design, build, and scale internal tooling and backend services that empower operations teams to work faster and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Develop robust APIs and data models with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Create integrations with platforms like Retool and Zendesk and extend internal systems via APIs and microservices.
Leverage AI tooling to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and boost operator productivity.
Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment, monitoring, and iteration—collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Participate in on-call rotations and uphold engineering best practices, testing, and code reviews.
