The role
Design, implement, and optimize large-scale continual pre-training pipelines for vision-language foundation models.
Research and develop techniques to efficiently integrate diverse multimodal data streams into existing models.
Develop rigorous metrics and methodologies to measure performance and transferability in autonomous driving contexts.
Stay current with advances in LLMs, VLMs, and continual learning, translating research into production-ready systems.
Collaborate with downstream teams to integrate models into perception stacks and onboard/offboard hardware.
Evaluate and iterate on models at scale, ensuring robust deployment in production environments.
