The role
Lead and shape the HR Centre of Excellence to support a growing multi-academy trust across Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, and Liverpool.
Drive HR strategy, policy development, and people-centred practices with a strong moral purpose.
Oversee employee relations, safeguarding compliance, and DBS checks to ensure safeguarding of children and compliant operations.
Lead talent development, performance management, and central operations to reduce workload and empower educators to focus on teaching.
Collaborate with senior leaders to influence policy, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver coaching and development.
