The role
The role is a senior-level investment banking position focused on helping clients raise capital in the markets and providing strategic advisory on mergers and other transactions.
Lead and manage phases of project execution, new business development, and overall growth of client services.
Partner with clients through financing processes, leading due diligence and drafting sessions, and preparing for equity or debt offerings.
Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors on M&A and special situations.
Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, investor and management presentations, and oversee analysts and associates.
Demonstrate strong communication, financial acumen, and leadership to guide clients and drive capital-raising success.
