The role
A private funds lawyer is sought to support infrastructure funds and private market products across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves advising on fund formation, reviewing documentation, and managing external counsel, with a focus on European and global fund structures. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams across investment, tax, compliance and operations to develop innovative products and provide legal expertise. They will ensure regulatory compliance, advise on governance matters, and support fundraising activities. Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks including AIFMD and SFDR is essential. The position demands excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
