The role
Lead and mentor multiple data science teams to advance data-driven decision making across the Creator ecosystem.
Collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmaps for creator tools and optimize the creation experience through experimentation and causal insights.
Drive AI strategy by integrating large language models and generative AI into Creator Hub features that empower creators.
Build scalable analytics and ML systems that support millions of creators and ensure robust data infrastructure.
Partner with Content, Consumer, Economy, and Trust & Safety teams to develop data-driven content strategies that broaden the ecosystem safely.
Set vision and communicate effectively with stakeholders, balancing strategic problem solving with hands-on execution in a hybrid San Mateo setting.
