The role
Lead the development and integration of AI technologies into Client Services operations, focusing on generative AI, MLOps, model fine-tuning, and enrichment pipelines.
Establish data, AI processes and automation aligned to business needs using data platforms, MLOps tooling, and production-grade models.
Build and maintain AI services including LLM-based apps, RAG pipelines, recommendations, forecasting, and classification.
Deliver end-to-end data and AI projects: ingestion, modeling, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring.
Ensure data governance, quality checks, model evaluation, and documentation; practice Agile and cross-functional collaboration.
Stay current on cloud, distributed computing, LLMs, and AI trends to continuously improve service delivery.
