The role
Design and implement large-scale ML systems for search ranking, semantic retrieval, query understanding, and personalized product discovery using state-of-the-art techniques.
Drive innovation in advertising relevance with embedding-based retrieval, vector search, and multi-modal learning, leveraging transformer models and LLMs.
Define and track KPIs to measure model impact and identify high-leverage opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to align ML solutions with business goals and user experience.
Build and deploy production-grade ML pipelines, feature stores, and ML lifecycle tooling for scalable, reliable delivery.
Operate with a bias for experimentation, scalability, and impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
