The role
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models that predict user behavior in real time to power personalized experiences.
Build robust ML infrastructure and automation for model development, validation, and deployment across data pipelines and microservices.
Collaborate with product, data, and software teams to translate business questions into measurable ML solutions and drive cross-functional ML projects.
Implement high-quality testing and monitoring strategies to prevent regressions and ensure production reliability.
Contribute to tooling, documentation, and best practices while mentoring engineers and promoting code quality.
