Staff Machine Learning Engineer (CMG Engineering)

Design and implement large-scale ML systems for search ranking, semantic retrieval, query understanding, and personalized product discovery using state-of-the-art techniques.
Drive innovation in advertising relevance with embedding-based retrieval, vector search, and multi-modal learning, leveraging transformer models and LLMs.
Define and track KPIs to measure model impact and identify high-leverage opportunities for improvement.
