The role
You will manage end-to-end social media across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) and develop monthly calendars aligned to campaign goals.
Lead sourcing, outreach, and coordination of influencers and affiliates; maintain a robust influencer database and oversee gifts, campaigns, and deliverables.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support editing, talent sourcing, and data entry while ensuring brand consistency and timely execution.
Plan and assist email and SMS campaigns, coordinating messaging with social and influencer drops; track metrics like open rates, CTR, list growth, and unsubscribes.
Monitor performance across social, influencer, email, and SMS; pull insights and propose pivots to improve growth, engagement, and ROI.
Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing strategy, execution, and optimization with clear, actionable reporting.
