The role
Lead electrical estimating for commercial projects from conceptual budgeting through design development to construction documents.
Quantify scope and price electrical systems, developing accurate quantities and pricing.
Coordinate with subcontractors to solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and resolve cost issues.
Present estimates and budgets to owners/consultants, clearly communicating assumptions and risk.
Prepare and analyze electrical bid packages, including scoping and alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with regional pre-construction and estimating teams to ensure timely, high-quality estimates.
