The role
This full-time Civil Engineer role focuses on highway improvement projects, combining design work with field oversight.
Responsibilities include reviewing plans, performing highway and bridge construction inspections, and supporting project teams.
Develop roadway designs using Civil 3D and interpret construction documents per established processes.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and project delivery.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 1-20 years of experience, and strong communication skills.
Must be able to travel for meetings and site inspections, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AASHTO standards.
