The role
An organisation in Leeds seeks an experienced HR Compliance Officer for a three-month contract to ensure adherence to safeguarding and recruitment regulations. The role involves managing pre-employment compliance, overseeing the Single Central Record, and conducting compliance audits. The officer will support safer recruitment and onboarding procedures, requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Candidates should have proven HR compliance experience, preferably within the education sector, and be proficient in IT, especially Excel. Availability within two weeks is preferred, and the position offers an attractive daily rate in a collaborative environment.
