The role
A multi skilled plumber is required for social housing projects in Salford, involving both planned and reactive maintenance. The role demands experience in plumbing, joinery, and patch plastering, with competence in multi trade tasks. Candidates must hold an NVQ in Plumbing, a valid CSCS card, and possess their own tools. A UK driving licence with no bans in the last five years and fewer than six penalty points is necessary. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with hours from 8AM to 4:30PM, and includes a company van and fuel card.
