The role
Drive seller growth by partnering with product, design, and engineering to surface insights and inform roadmap priorities.
Analyze large datasets with SQL and Python to surface actionable opportunities and support decision-making for key initiatives.
Approach problems from first principles and apply statistical modeling to understand customer behavior and business performance.
Design and analyze A/B tests, including causal inference techniques such as DiD and synthetic controls.
Build, forecast, and report metrics and visualize data in self-serve dashboards to empower stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineers to log new data sources, develop scalable ETL pipelines, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
