The role
An employment law professional is sought to handle contentious employment matters, including tribunal work, within an established Sheffield practice. The role involves advising clients, reviewing legal documentation, preparing cases, and supporting employment disputes from initial instruction through to resolution. Candidates should have experience dealing with employment law cases and preferibly tribunal work, with strong client interaction skills. The position offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment law, within a growing team with an active caseload.
